Thank you, mom, for kicking me out when I was 17, working 2 jobs in the summer to pay for the house. Thank you, mom, for kicking me out when I refused to cook your meals and clean up after you, too. Thank you, mom, for teaching me to stay in the kitchen, instead of going to college.
That summer, when you kicked me out, I found a place I could pay for with one of my paychecks and eat with. When my senior year started, I couldn't make enough to pay for the room I was staying in. I dropped out of high school. I couldn't pay for college, or even my GED. Thanks, mom, for ruining your daughter's chance at a better life.
Remember your other daught
I know most of you don't read these, but I need to say something. One stormy day in Michigan my dad went to an old friend's house. On his way home, he came across a week old kitten on the side of the road, covered in mites and fleas. My dad hates cats with a passion, but he still picked the mangy thing up and brought it home for my mom. She named the cat Amore. Amore grew up with me and my family and was the meanest cat one would probably ever meet, but she was my friend. My sister once left her locked in a drawer for 3 days straight, and all she did was sleep. The instant we got home, she meowed loudly. We let her out and she made a mad dash
